A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon receipt of your of your registration. Please note that full payments must be received prior to the course. Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be allowed to attend. Payment can be made by company cheque, cash or bankers draft in UAE Dirhams. All cheques and drafts should be made payable to International House Dubai.
Cancellation Policy
Should the client withdraw frosm their course, no refund will be made once either the deposit or full payment has been received. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the centre. Substitutions from the same company are allowed where the substitute has been assessed for and accepted onto the course. All cancellations of participants must be given in writing. In the unlikely event that IH Dubai should cancel a course both deposit and full payment is fully refundable or transferable to another course of study. IH Dubai reserves the right to cancel courses or change course leaders and dates where unavoidable.
*Discount is not applicable to accredited courses. Registration fee is non refundable.
