Business English
English is the language for international business, and companies
expect their staff to communicate effectively with both internal
and external customers at a high level. Business English programmes
are for adult learners who want to improve all their English
language skills in business and professional situations.
Sponsoring organisations will see improved staff performance,
motivation, improved working practices and cost savings, local
and regional networking, and access to other professionals
via a common language.
Business English is offered at levels from complete Beginner
through to Advanced. On application, students are assessed
and assigned to the appropriate level course.
Duration: 36 hours
Regular - over a period of six weeks
Intensive - over a period of three and a half weeks
Levels:

Beginner
This is a course for adult learners who have little or no
experience of English, but who need to gain a basic knowledge
of the language for work, travel and social situations.
Benefits: By the end of the course participants will

- Use beginner grammar, adjectives, etc.

Elementary
This is a course for adult learners who need English for
work, travel and everyday situations. It focuses on the key
language skills to help working adults become operational
in English as soon as possible.

the past, present and future
- Learn survival phrases and key words that you need in
your working life
- Practise essential listening and pronunciation skills
